So racing is set to resume next month - a 23
race calendar for 2022. A busy year ahead.
Nearly 200 of you have already drafted in your
teams
for this year. Welcome back! There's room for
plenty more.
There are a few small changes worth pointing
out for the regular players who, like me, don't
bother to read all the guff.
The main change is that, from this year, points
will be awarded for Sprint races, if they return.
This does mean that the cut-off for driver
changes for these events will be brought
forward to Friday, as the original qualifying
session will continue to score fantasy points.
Additionally, there are minor tweaks to the
Gains and Race Finish points. A driver will need
to be classified as a finisher in the race to
qualify for those points. Points will still be
awarded for laps completed, regardless.
Finally, the gains in the race are now calculated
from a drivers actual Grid Position, rather than
their qualifying position.
